Successful Production of 2,000 KG Alloy 625 Seamless Tubes for Domestic Customer

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of a 2,000 KG order of Alloy 625 seamless tubes for one of our domestic customers, placed just one month ago. The order has now been fully produced and is ready for delivery.

Material: Alloy 625 Nickel Alloy Tubing
Standards: ASTM B444 / ASME SB444 / NACE MR0175

Typical Applications

  • Offshore and subsea operations

  • Aerospace industry

  • Nuclear power

  • Heat exchangers

  • Chemical processing

Material Properties
Alloy 625 is an austenitic nickel alloy known for its excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and oxidation. It performs reliably across a wide temperature range, from cryogenic conditions up to 1800°F (982°C), making it ideal for demanding applications such as nuclear and aerospace industries. A key characteristic of Alloy 625 is the addition of niobium, which enhances the strength of the tubing without the need for heat treatment.

Manufacturing Characteristics
Alloy 625 offers outstanding forming and welding capabilities, although it is prone to work hardening. With our advanced manufacturing process and strict quality control, we ensure every tube meets the highest performance and reliability standards.

This successful project once again demonstrates our ability to deliver high-quality nickel alloy products on schedule, meeting the needs of customers in critical and high-demand industries.
